The vessel will be immediately operational, including towing large ships and providing logistics support at strategic terminals.
HUMI President Director, Tirta Hidayat, stated, “The addition of TB Trans Pacific 201 is part of the realization of our 2025 Capex for one of our subsidiaries, PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah, to strengthen our fleet capabilities and meet continuous market demand, as well as for sustainable business expansion.”
This move also aligns with HUMI’s mission to support the national energy resilience vision through sea transportation. Besides bolstering its asset portfolio, this acquisition is expected to provide added value for shareholders and all stakeholders.

With this fleet addition, HUMI can further solidify its position as a leading provider of maritime transportation services in the national market, particularly in the offshore support services segment.
“This fleet expansion underscores HUMI’s commitment to continuously invest in increasing its production capacity to better serve customer needs and support the growth of Indonesia’s maritime sector,” Tirta added.
