JAKARTA, July 25, 2025 – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI), through its subsidiaries, PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah (HTC) and PT Baraka Alam Sari (BAS), has successfully completed a fleet asset restructuring process involving the sale and purchase of ships between these entities. The transaction includes the transfer of ownership of two tugboats, Semar Delapan Puluh Dua and Semar Delapan Puluh Tiga. This move is part of HUMI’s strategy to consolidate its business and strengthen operational segmentation in facing the dynamic Indonesian shipping industry.

This transaction involved transferring ownership of the two vessels from BAS to HTC, an entity with a more focused market segment and service type. Consequently, the fleet’s ownership structure is now more aligned with and directed toward each entity’s operational focus.

“This step is part of HUMI’s efforts to strengthen synergy between its subsidiaries while increasing efficiency and precision in asset management. With better-organized segmentation, each subsidiary can focus more effectively on running its business line according to its strengths and respective market needs,” stated Tirta Hidayat, President Director of HUMI.

This restructuring also aims to strengthen the company’s competitiveness and readiness for future expansion and strategic collaborations. This action was carried out with due consideration for fairness principles and good corporate governance (GCG), prioritizing compliance with applicable regulations.
