Crew training is managed by PT ETSI Hutama Maritim (ETSI), which provides basic, technical, and management training. The company continuously enhances the competency and individual potential of crew members by establishing an English language training institute specifically for hospitality. This ensures that crew members who are candidates for cruise vessels are immediately ready for deployment.

In addition to providing trained and reliable crew members, HUMI also offers training services for crew members through training and certification programs required by the IMO Model Course and Seafarer Training and Certification of Watchkeeping. The Ministry of Transportation, Directorate General of Sea Transportation, has licensed these programs to PT ETSI Hutama Maritim, the company’s subsidiary that operates in this business segment.

Furthermore, ETSI also conducts other non-STCW training courses to improve the skills of the company’s crew members. This crew training center operates under the Humpuss Trilogi Maritime Training Center (HTMTC), in collaboration with Trilogi University.
